Commission Policy for Showtech Edge (Multi-Level and Binary Structure)

At Showtech Edge, we empower our affiliates and partners by providing a multi-level and binary commission structure that rewards your direct sales as well as the sales generated by your downline (affiliates referred by you). This policy outlines how commissions are earned, processed, and paid in our 5-level and binary compensation system using Business Volume (BV).

1. Overview

We utilize a multi-level commission system where affiliates earn commissions from both direct referrals and subsequent generations (downlines). The structure follows a binary pattern, meaning affiliates can have two teams: a left team and a right team. Commissions are earned when these teams generate Business Volume (BV), and the affiliate's earnings increase as the sales volume in their teams grows.

2. Commission Structure

• Direct Referral Commission (1st Generation):

  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on the Business Volume (BV) for each customer they personally refer to Showtech Edge.

• Multi-Level Commissions (2nd to 5th Generation):

  • Affiliates also earn commissions from their downline sales. The commission percentages decrease as you go down the generations:
    • 2nd Generation: 6% of the Business Volume (BV)
    • 3rd Generation: 4% of the Business Volume (BV)
    • 4th Generation: 3% of the Business Volume (BV)
    • 5th Generation: 2% of the Business Volume (BV)

• Binary Commission Structure:

  • Affiliates will have two referral teams: a left team and a right team. To qualify for multi-level commissions (from the 2nd to the 5th generation), an affiliate must maintain at least one active referral on the left team and one active referral on the right team.
  • If the left and right teams are not balanced (one of the teams is inactive or underperforming), the affiliate will not qualify for the multi-level commissions from the downline.

• Bonus Commission for Matching Sales:

  • If an affiliate achieves a balanced binary structure (matching sales between the left and right teams), they can qualify for a Binary Match Bonus.

  • The Binary Match Bonus is 3% on the total Business Volume (BV) generated by both teams combined.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for multi-level commissions, affiliates must meet the following requirements:

• Have at least one active referral on the left and one active referral on the right to qualify for commissions from the 2nd to 5th generation.
• Active Referral: A referral is considered active when the person they referred subscribes to one of the services and makes a successful payment.

4. Commission Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Commissions will be processed monthly, typically on the 15th of each month, for Business Volume (BV) generated during the previous month.
• Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is #5,000 worth of Business Volume (BV). If your commission balance is below this amount, your earnings will roll over to the next month.
• Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
• Currency: Payments will be processed in NGN (#) unless otherwise specified.

5. Commission Calculation Example

Let’s calculate commissions using #5,000 BV (example value):

• Direct Referral (1st Generation):
  If you refer a customer who purchases a service worth #5,000 BV, you will earn 10% commission: #5,000 BV × 10% / 100 = #500

• Second Generation (2nd Gen):
  A customer referred by someone you referred (2nd Gen) purchases a service worth #5,000 BV. You will earn 6% commission: #5,000 BV × 6% / 100 = #300

• Third Generation (3rd Gen):
  A customer referred by someone in your 2nd Generation purchases a service worth #5,000 BV. You will earn 4% commission: #5,000 BV × 4% / 100 = #200

• Fourth Generation (4th Gen):
  A customer referred by someone in your 3rd Generation purchases a service worth #5,000 BV. You will earn 3% commission: #5,000 BV × 3% / 100 = #150

• Fifth Generation (5th Gen):
  A customer referred by someone in your 4th Generation purchases a service worth #5,000 BV. You will earn 2% commission: #5,000 BV × 2% / 100 = #100

Binary Match Bonus Calculation Example

Suppose your left team generates #5,000 BV and your right team generates #5,000 BV.
If your teams are balanced (equal Business Volume (BV) on both sides), you will earn a 3% Binary Match Bonus on the total Business Volume (BV) from both teams:

Binary Match Bonus:

• #5,000 BV (Left Team) + #5,000 BV (Right Team) = #10,000 BV (Total Volume)
• #10,000 BV × 3% / 100 = #300

6. Conditions and Restrictions

• Non-Transferable Commissions: Commissions are non-transferable. Affiliates cannot transfer commissions to others, except in the case of a business account transfer or merger.
• Inactivity: If an affiliate fails to generate any new referrals or Business Volume (BV) for 3 consecutive months, their account may be marked as inactive, and they may lose eligibility for future commissions.

7. Commission Disputes

If you notice any discrepancies or issues with your commission payments, please contact the Showtech Edge support team at support@showtechedge.com within 30 days of the payment date. We will investigate and address any valid issues as soon as possible.

8. Termination of Affiliate Status

• Voluntary Termination: Affiliates may opt out of the program at any time by submitting a written request to Showtech Edge.
• Program Termination: Showtech Edge reserves the right to modify or terminate the commission program at any time. In the event of program termination, affiliates will be paid any outstanding commissions earned up to the termination date.
• Non-Performance: Affiliates who fail to maintain an active binary structure (no left and right referrals) or generate Business Volume (BV) for 3 months may be disqualified from earning multi-level commissions.

9. Changes to the Commission Policy

Showtech Edge reserves the right to update or modify this Commission Policy at any time. All affiliates will be notified of changes via email, and the updated policy will be posted on the Showtech Edge website.
